局部放電測量
局部放電(PD)是種放電現象，在高電場應力下在絕緣系統之間電極尚未完全橋接，進而導致絕緣崩潰。局部放電可能發生在絕緣系統的任何位置，當電場強度超過絕緣材料的耐受強度。
